Steven Scott Bradley is the president and CEO of Bradley & Bradley Associates, Inc., a Philadelphia-based commercial, property, and risk management firm. With over 30 years of insurance industry experience, Steven has extensive diversified underwriting, sales, marketing, risk management, and claims experience.

Prior to founding Bradley and Bradley Associates, Inc. in 2001, Steven previously served as the vice president of sales and marketing and president and CEO of Watlington & Cooper, Inc. – one of the oldest and largest minority brokerage firms in the United States – for 15 years.


Ms. Juanita Flowers-Smith and Ms. Arevia D. Thomas, our senior account executives, have over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. They provide customer service support for Mr. Bradley. They assist Mr. Bradley in reviewing insurance policies and contract reviews. They also review and identify changes to loss exposures. Finally, they also assist in the developing written risk management plans, issuances of Certificates of Insurance, and claims handling and monitoring.
